The thing I enjoy most about Garden & Associates is the variety of clients and projects we get to work with. Working with and in the smaller communities around Oskaloosa, it seems there is always a project that comes up which is a little different than anything I’ve done before. I can drive from community to community in the area and in almost all of them I get to see projects that I have personally been a part of.  The company has been a wonderful place for me to grow in my abilities and in success. I began at Garden & Associates as a summer survey assistant in 1996, joined them full time as an entry level engineer in 1999, became licensed as a Professional Engineer in 2003, had the opportunity to join in company ownership in 2005, and was honored to become company President in 2017. I’ve had the chance to write my own story here and can’t really imagine working anywhere else.
