Project Description:

This project involved the improvements to 16th Street from Court Avenue to Linden Avenue and portions of 7th Street and Albia Road.  Improvements included 7” Portland Cement Concrete Pavement with curb and gutter, subbase drainage, storm sewer drainage, residential driveways and concrete sidewalks.
